Team Budget Information
Additional cost for the competitive program includes the individual team budget. This is developed for each team to cover the following costs that occur during the season. The total amount budgeted is then divided by the number of players, and the per-player amount is required to be paid either in full or via a monthly payment plan.
Uniform Cost
Uniforms are on a 2-year cycle. For the 2026–2027 season, we will be on year 1 of the cycle. Uniforms are the family's responsibility to order from the organization's provided vendor. Once your player is registered and teams are built, an email notification will be sent when uniform ordering is open to place an order.
There will be a recommended kit to purchase — the kit will have all the required pieces for the season.

- First time the club will be led by a dedicated, full-time soccer executive — not a volunteer parent.
- Consistent, expert decision-making across all club operations year-round.
- All teams guaranteed a minimum of 3 training sessions per week (previously some teams had only 2).
- Professional accountability structures that protect the player and family experience.
- Expanded director infrastructure.
- New director layers added specifically to increase coaching oversight and player interaction.
- Director-led functional training sessions added for all teams.
- Enhanced 2026–27 curriculum, coaching standards, and best practices — immediately elevating the baseline.
- New professionally run goalkeeper training process.
- Every coach trained on and accountable to the enhanced 2026–27 curriculum and methodology.
- Unified training standards from youngest to oldest age group.
- Ongoing professional development built into the coaching program — not optional.
- Meaningful increase in annual development hours for every player in the club.
- ECNL RL & ECNL Premium Programming.
- ECNL RL moves to 4 sessions per week — the 4th session is flexible and could include S&C, film study, scrimmages, active recovery, functional work, or training alongside ECNL groups.
- Dedicated director assigned to both the boys and girls ECNL program.
- Direct access to ECNL / ECNL RL curriculum and national best practices.
- Enhanced Player Pathways.
