FishHawk Premier FC offers two recreational paths: an In-House league for younger players, and TARSA for older players in the fall — all played right here at FishHawk Sports Complex.

About the Program
In-House Recreational Soccer
Our In-House Recreational Soccer League is the perfect way for players of all skill levels to enjoy the game in a fun, supportive environment. Designed to focus on player development, teamwork, and a love for soccer, the league offers balanced competition without the pressure of travel or extensive commitments.
Coaches emphasize sportsmanship, skill-building, and confidence — creating an enjoyable experience for beginners and seasoned players alike. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to stay active in the sport they love, our in-house league delivers an exciting season of soccer, growth, and community spirit.

Fall & Spring Seasons
Players in the U5–U10 age groups play in our In-House Rec program. Older players (U11+) play TARSA for the fall.
The Spring Recreational Soccer season is offered for players ages U5–U19, all played in-house at FishHawk Sports Complex.

Become a Florida Hawks Recreation Coach
Great coaches create great seasons — and you don't need a coaching background to be one.
Every season, parents ask us what makes the biggest difference in their child's soccer experience. Our end-of-season parent survey confirmed what we've always believed: great coaches create great seasons.
You don't need years of soccer experience or a coaching background to make a lasting impact. You just need the desire to encourage kids, help them grow, and make soccer fun.
For the first time in Fishhawk history — and the first recreation soccer program in the East Tampa area — we've staffed a dedicated Coach Mentor to directly support our Volunteer Coaches!
Our Coach Mentor is a Fishhawk Premier competitive coach and U.S. Soccer “C” Licensed coach whose job is to help you succeed. Whether you've coached for years or are thinking about coaching for the very first time, you'll have someone available throughout the season to answer questions, share practice ideas, provide guidance, and help you become a better coach.
Why Volunteer?
- Head Coaches receive one FREE player registration each season (one child maximum).
- Assistant Coaches receive a partial registration refund.
- Receive a Florida Hawks Coach Jersey that's unique to our coaching staff.
- Enjoy dedicated coaching support all season from our U.S. Soccer C-Licensed Coach Mentor.
- Provide input on your team's roster during team formation.
- Choose your preferred practice day (based on field availability).
- Have a direct voice with club leadership — provide feedback and help shape the future of our recreation program.

A Quick Note About Registration
This year, all volunteer coaches are required by the State of Florida to complete a Level 2 Background Check, including fingerprinting. Florida Hawks covers the cost — your only responsibility is completing the process at an approved fingerprinting location.
